Job Overview
Our client is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team. This opportunity is open to all candidates, including those with or without a valid Canadian work permit. Visa sponsorship may be considered for the right candidates.
Job Details
- Location: Various locations including Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts and Saint-Jérôme, QC
- Work Setting: On site at hospitals, medical facilities, or nursing homes
- Salary: $33.66 per hour, for 30 to 37.5 hours per week
- Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
- Special Commitments: Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends
- Vacancies: 25
Responsibilities
- Assist health care practitioners during examinations or treatments
- Assist in surgeries
- Monitor patients and advise physicians of any changes
- Document symptoms and changes in patients’ conditions
- Collaborate with a health care team to evaluate patient care
- Deliver health education and immunization programs
- Dispense and administer medications as prescribed
- Supervise licensed practical nurses and other staff
Qualifications
- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: 1-2 years
- Languages: French
- Eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse in the province
Additional Information
Security and Safety: Criminal record check, immunization records, medical exam, tuberculosis test required.
Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, large workload, ability to work under pressure.
