Overview

Education: College/CEGEP required. Experience: 3 to less than 5 years. Languages: English. Work setting: Urban area.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate daily operations
• Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Recruit staff and set work schedules
• Supervise staff and maintain inventory
• Negotiate with suppliers for supplies
• Address customer complaints and provide service

Supervision

Supervision of 5-10 staff members.
