We are looking for an Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Assistant to join our client’s team. Visa sponsorship may be available for overseas candidates, making this an excellent opportunity for international applicants.

On-site: Work must be completed at the physical location, with no option for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Assess children’s development to prepare tailored learning plans.
• Assist with housekeeping and cooking duties.
• Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers.
• Develop and implement child-care programs to promote children’s development.
• Maintain daycare equipment.
• Conduct storytelling sessions.
• Communicate children’s overall situations to parents.
• Lead educational activities, reading stories, singing songs, and local excursions.
• Assist in record keeping with early childhood educators or supervisors.
• Encourage creativity through art, music, and physical activity.
• Guide children in developing proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
• Prepare snacks and organize rooms for lunch and rest periods.
• Observe children for learning or behavior problems and prepare reports.
• Submit observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors.
• Discuss children’s progress at staff meetings.
• Understand licensing regulations and establish behavior guidelines.
• Collaborate with co-workers and community service providers.
• Ensure a safe and healthy environment for children.

Credentials

• Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
• First Aid Certificate

Personal Suitability

• Excellent oral communication
• Excellent written communication
