• Location: Edmonton, AB
• Salary: $36.20 per hour
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
• Special Commitments: Morning, Day, Evening, Night shifts

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports or case histories
• Appraise clients’ needs or eligibility for specific services
• Conduct social research
• Implement life skills workshops
• Refer offenders to community and social services programs
• Provide suicide and crisis intervention
• Supervise children’s visits with parents to ensure their safety
• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions
• Liaise with other social services agencies
• Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of treatment programs

Qualifications

• Education: College or equivalent experience (1-2 years)
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a relevant field
• Certificates: Non-violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI), First Aid, CPR
