Our client is seeking a Sales Supervisor – Retail to join their team. This role offers visa sponsorship opportunities for international candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

Job Details

• Location: Tofino, BC

• Salary: $24.52 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week
• Employment Type: Permanent employment, Full time
• Weekend: Required

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
• Establish work schedules
• Sell merchandise
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
• Manage cash

Experience and Specialization

• Area of Work Experience: Tourism
• Area of Specialization: Retail store

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
• Languages: English
