Job Details

• Location: Repentigny, QC
• Work setting: Onsite Bake Shop
• Salary: $20.00 to $24.00 hourly (To be negotiated)
• Employment Type: Permanent Full-time
• Overtime: Required, Night shifts

Responsibilities

• Prepare dough for various baked goods according to recipes or special orders.
• Order materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff.
• Develop production schedules.
• Train staff and ensure product quality standards are met.
• Organize and maintain inventory.

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 5 years or more in a baking role.
• Certifications: Baker Trade Certification, Baker Red Seal Certificate.
• Language: Proficiency in French is required.
