Our client is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor who is passionate about retail management. This position offers potential visa sponsorship for international candidates, whether or not they hold a valid Canadian work permit.

Job Details

• Location: Rolly View, AB
• Work Setting: On site
• Salary: $23.70 per hour
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full time
• Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
• Shifts: Early morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Flexible hours, Overtime available

Responsibilities

• Assign sales workers to their respective duties
• Hire, train, or arrange training for staff
• Authorize payments by cheque and merchandise returns
• Establish work schedules and supervise staff
• Prepare reports on sales volumes and other personnel matters
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in retail
• Language: Proficiency in English
