Overview

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
• Languages: Proficiency in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations.
• Recruit and hire staff, supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.
• Conduct performance reviews and training sessions.
• Manage budgets, revenues, and expenses.
• Prepare and implement marketing plans and activities.
• Ensure maintenance activities are arranged and supervised.
• Address customer complaints and assist clients with special needs.
• Develop business plans and establish work schedules.
• Manage events and oversee front desk duties.

• Fast-paced environment with the ability to work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and the need to meet tight deadlines.
• Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with standing for extended periods.
