Job Overview

Our client is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee operations in a restaurant setting. Visa sponsorship may be considered for international candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

• Location: 15184 – 127 Street NW, Edmonton, AB, T6V 0C5
• Work location: On site
• Salary: $18.65 hourly / 35 to 40 hours per week
• Type: Permanent, Full time
• Special Commitments: Day, Weekend

Responsibilities

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Hire food service staff
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Prepare budget and cost estimates
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys
• Establish work schedules

Requirements

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
• Languages: English
