Our client is seeking an experienced electrician. Visa sponsorship is available for international candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

• Location: Abbotsford, BC
• Work Setting: On-site, Construction, Repair, Maintenance (Commercial and Residential)
• Salary: $36.70 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
• Languages: English

Responsibilities

• Professionalism in customer service
• Install underground wiring and cables
• Keep maintenance reports and documentation
• Design and construct single-phase service for installations
• Splice, join, and connect wires
• Test and measure voltage, loads, and integrity of circuits
• Troubleshoot and isolate faults
• Estimate costs and materials
• Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
