Our client is seeking a dedicated Fast Food Restaurant Manager. Visa sponsorship is potentially available for overseas candidates.

Job Details

• Location: 393 Pleasant Street suite 4, Dartmouth, NS, B2Y 4N4
• Work Location: On site
• Salary: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour (To be negotiated)
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
• Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
• Commitments: Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift
• Vacancies: 1 vacancy

Responsibilities

• Evaluate daily operations
• Monitor staff performance
• Recruit staff
• Set staff work schedules
• Train staff
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Provide customer service

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Experience

• 1 year to less than 2 years

Credentials

• Customer Service Excellence Certificate
• First Aid Certificate

Skills

• Knowledge of electronic cash register, MS Office, point of sale system, spreadsheet
• Excellent oral communication and client focus
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
