Our client is seeking candidates for a Live-In Caregiver position with support for immigration available.

Job Details

• Location: Brampton, ON
• Salary: $20.00 per hour (80 hours bi-weekly)
• Terms of Employment: Contract, Full Time
• Special Commitments: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Overtime available

Overview

Education: College or equivalent experience (3 months to less than 1 year) required.

Languages: English

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in caregiving preferred.

Work Environment

• Non-smoking
• Scent-free

Responsibilities

• Change diapers and assist with toilet training
• Sterilize bottles and prepare formulas
• Manage all household duties in the absence of parents
• Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties
• Travel with the family and supervise children
• Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children
• Discipline children as directed by parents
• Instruct children in hygiene and social development
• Keep records of daily activities and health information
• Ensure a safe and healthy home environment
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals
• Prepare children for rest periods
• Accompany children to school and appointments
• Tend to children’s emotional well-being

Credentials

• International English Language Testing System (IELTS) proficiency test
• CPR Certificate
• First Aid Certificate

• Organized
• Strong time management skills
• Patience
