Our client is seeking an Attendant, Bar to join their team in Québec. This position may offer visa sponsorship for international applicants, including opportunities for candidates with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

• Salary: $12.90 bi-weekly (for 35 to 40 hours bi-weekly)

Responsibilities

• Arrange the bar area to make attractive displays
• Clean bar area and wash glassware
• Serve food or snacks
• Clean draft beer system
• Advise on wine selection
• Provide recommendations on drink selections
• Train staff
• Operate cash register
• Store beverage and food products
• Order bar stock and maintain inventory and control of bar stock
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer and non-alcoholic beverages
• Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
• Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
• Language: French
