We are looking for a qualified Food Service Supervisor to join our team. Immigration support may be available for overseas candidates, making this an exciting opportunity for individuals seeking work in Canada.

Job Details

• Location: Various locations including Deer Lake and Corner Brook, NL
• Salary: $16.50 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full time
• Work Location: On site
• Experience Required: 1 year to less than 2 years
• Vacancies: 4 available

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
• Hire food service staff and ensure quality control standards are met.
• Address customer complaints and maintain records of stock and sales.
• Prepare and submit reports. Supervise the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
• Establish work schedules.

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Languages: English
