• Salary: $36.00 per hour / 33 to 35 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time

Responsibilities

• Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
• Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
• Evaluate daily operations
• Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
• Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Recruit staff and set work schedules
• Supervise staff and ensure compliance with operational procedures
• Balance cash and complete cash reports and related forms
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers
• Address customers’ complaints and provide exceptional service

Qualifications

• Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
• Languages: English
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
