Overview

Our client is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join their kitchen team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role requires experience in meal preparation and cooking, as well as staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas.
• Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
• Clean kitchen and work areas.

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 3 to less than 5 years.
• Languages: English.
