Responsibilities

• Manage staff and assign duties
• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes
• Determine which merchandise and services to sell
• Implement pricing and credit policies
• Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale
• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
• Determine staffing requirements
• Resolve issues, including customer requests and supply shortages
• Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
• Utilize MS Office for daily operations
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations

Qualifications

• Education: College/CEGEP
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role
• Language: Proficiency in English
