Our client is currently seeking a Cleaning Man/Woman for various locations in Abbotsford, BC. Visa sponsorship may be considered for the right candidate, including support for individuals with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

Job Details

• Location: Abbotsford, BC
• Work Location: On Site
• Salary: $21.00 hourly / 40 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
• Start Date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
• Dust furniture
• Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
• Make beds and change sheets
• Distribute clean towels and toiletries
• Stock linen closet
• Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
• Clean and disinfect elevators
• Handle and report lost and found items
• Pick up debris and empty trash containers
• Clean changing rooms and showers
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns

Work Environment

• Fast-paced environment
• Work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Physically demanding, including handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods
• Effective in team settings and able to manage multiple responsibilities

Requirements

• Languages: English
• Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required
• Experience: Experience considered an asset
