Our client is looking for a User Support Technician to join their team. This position offers potential visa sponsorship opportunities for international applicants.

Job Details

• Location: Chibougamau, QC
• Work Location: On site
• Salary: $18.00 to $27.00 per hour (To be negotiated)
• Employment Type: Permanent, Full time
• Work Hours: 40 hours per week, 09:00 to 17:30

Responsibilities

• Respond to users experiencing difficulties with computers.
• Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions.
• Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties.
• Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
• Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.

Qualifications

• Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
• Languages: Bilingual.
