Our client is seeking a Bus Drivers Supervisor in Etobicoke, ON, with a competitive hourly wage starting at $38.25. This is a permanent full-time position, with the possibility of immigration support for overseas candidates.

Job Details

• Location: Etobicoke, ON
• Salary: $38.25 hourly for 32 to 40 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
• Special Commitments: Morning, Day, Evening shifts

Responsibilities

• Recommend measures to improve work methods.
• Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to enhance productivity and product quality.
• Train or arrange for training for staff.
• Dispatch bus drivers and monitor routes.
• Monitor and operate signal and track switch control panel.
• Co-ordinate and schedule activities.
• Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed.
• Recommend personnel actions.
• Co-ordinate repairs and rentals.
• Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
• Languages: English
• Computer Skills: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Word
• Transportation Information: Own vehicle required
• Personal Suitability: Flexibility, organized, team player
• Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
