Overview

Our client is seeking a dedicated Child Care Provider for their private home. This position offers immigration support for overseas candidates, with opportunities for LMIA visa jobs in Canada.

Job Details

• Location: North York, ON
• Work Location: On site
• Salary: $20.00 per hour / 35 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
• Flexible Hours: To be determined

Responsibilities

• Assume full responsibility for the household in absence of parents.
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• Travel with the family and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties.
• Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents.
• Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
• Supervise and care for children.
• Tend to the emotional well-being of children.

Experience and Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years in child care or a related field.
• Languages: English required.

Work Environment
