Our client is seeking a Restaurant Manager located in Saint-Léonard, QC. This position is available for Canadian citizens, permanent or temporary residents, and other candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit. Visa sponsorship may be offered for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Address customers’ complaints or concerns.
• Negotiate with clients for the provision of services.
• Negotiate offers from suppliers.
• Establish work schedules and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local health and sanitation regulations.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff.
• Establish inventory and quality control methods.

Requirements

Education

• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience.

Experience

3 years to less than 5 years in a managerial role.

Languages

Bilingualism is required.

Salary and Benefits

Salary: $35.00 per hour for 40 hours per week. This is a permanent full-time position.
