Our client is seeking a Cook, Ethnic Foods with the possibility of immigration support for overseas candidates.

Job Details

• Location: 158 Kennedy South, Unit 4, Brampton, ON, L6W 3G7
• Work Location: On-site
• Salary: $36.00 hourly / 40 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full-time
• Overtime: Required, Day, Evening
• Vacancies: 2

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas.
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
• Order supplies and equipment.
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
• Clean kitchen and work areas.
• Recruit and hire staff.
• Manage kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Languages: English
• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.

Additional Information

• Cuisine Specialties: South Indian, East Indian, Vegetarian.
• Transportation: Own transportation and willing to travel.
