Our client is seeking a Marketing Coordinator. This role may offer visa sponsorship for international applicants, with support available for candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

Job Details

• Location: Unit # 535 48 Kenmount Road, St. John’s, NL A1B 1W3
• Work Location: On-site
• Salary: $16.00 to $20.00 hourly (To be negotiated)
• Terms of Employment: Permanent part-time leading to full-time
• Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours bi-weekly
• Work Conditions: Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Flexible hours
• Vacancies: 1 vacancy

Education and Experience

• Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Develop communication strategies.
• Evaluate communication strategies and programs.
• Oversee the preparation of public written material.
• Prepare written materials such as reports, briefs, and website content.
• Write speeches, presentations, and press releases.
• Respond to inquiries from the business community regarding development opportunities.
• Conduct surveys and analyze consumer data.
• Prepare reports and research papers.
• Act as spokesperson for the organization.
• Advise clients on advertising strategies.
• Assist in preparing brochures and newsletters.
• Coordinate publicity events.
• Conduct analytical marketing studies.
• Design research questionnaires.
• Develop a portfolio of marketing materials.
• Conduct online marketing and website promotions.
