Job Details

• Location: 1325 Khalsa Drive, Mississauga, ON, L5S 1W6
• Salary: $40.00 per hour, working 35 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time

Responsibilities

• Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
• Keep financial records and maintain, balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
• Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
• Post journal entries
• Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
• Prepare trial balance of books
• Reconcile accounts

Education & Experience

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

• Knowledge of accounting software
