We’re looking for a skilled Cook to join our client in Drayton Valley, AB. This position offers potential visa sponsorship for international candidates, including immigration support for those with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

Job Details

• Location: Drayton Valley, AB
• Salary: $17.50 per hour
• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
• Work Location: On site
• Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week

Overview

• Languages: English
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Manage kitchen operations

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in a similar role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
