Job Overview

Position: Social Media Co-ordinator

Work Location: Hybrid

Salary: $18.00 to $30.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 8 to 35 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Term or contract, Part time leading to full time

Responsibilities

• Develop all kinds of events for publicity, fundraising, and information purposes.
• Develop communication strategies and policies.
• Evaluate communication strategies and programs.
• Implement communication strategies and programs.
• Publicize activities, workshops, meetings, and other events for fundraising or information purposes.
• Perform administrative tasks and act as spokesperson for the organization.
• Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
• Perform data entry and manage work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate plans for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and security services.
• Implement new administrative procedures.

Job Requirements

Education

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Languages

• English.

Experience

• Experience is an asset.
