Job Details

• Location: Niagara Falls, ON
• Salary: $17.50 per hour, 40 hours per week
• Employment Type: Term or contract, Full time
• Work setting: On-site in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Responsibilities

• Determine the size of food portions and costs
• Plan menus and estimate food requirements
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Train staff in food preparation and handling
• Supervise kitchen staff and maintain records
• Clean kitchen and work areas

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
• Languages: English
