Job Overview

Our client is looking for a Store Manager to oversee daily operations of their retail store. Immigration support is potentially available for overseas candidates.

Job Details

• Location: Toronto, ON
• Work Location: On site
• Salary: $42.00 to $44.00 hourly (To be negotiated)
• Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
• Employment Type: Permanent, Full time

Responsibilities

• Direct and control daily operations
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Manage staff and assign duties
• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand
• Determine merchandise and services to be sold
• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
• Determine staffing requirements
• Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
• Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
• Evaluate customer service and store environments

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
• Experience: Experience an asset
