Our client is seeking a Warehouse Distribution Supervisor to oversee operational logistics at their facility in Brampton, ON. This position offers support for candidates with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

Responsibilities

• Develop specific plans to prioritize and organize tasks.
• Oversee operational logistics and ensure smooth operation of equipment and machinery.
• Prepare and submit reports, and arrange maintenance and repairs.
• Resolve work problems and recommend improvements for productivity and quality.
• Recruit, hire, and train staff, conducting performance reviews and ongoing training.
• Coordinate, assign, and review work, while maintaining inventory.
• Supervise a team of 5-10 people.

Requirements

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
• Computer Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
• Languages: English.
• Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads (up to 23 kg/50 lbs).
