Our client is seeking a Janitor to join their team. Immigration support is potentially available for international applicants, including candidates with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

Job Details

• Location: Calgary, AB
• Salary: $21.00 per hour, 40 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
• Vacancies: 3

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and waxing hallways, floors, and stairs.
• Operating industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, and heavy debris.
• Emptying trash cans and other waste containers.
• Moving heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies.
• Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and fixtures.
• Working with minimal supervision.
• Cleaning snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.

Requirements

• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
• Experience: Will train.
• Language: English required.
• Work location: On-site, at various locations including commercial buildings and office buildings.

Working Conditions

• Handling heavy loads.
• Physically demanding tasks including bending, crouching, and kneeling.
