Our client is seeking dedicated Dairy Farm Workers to join their 250-cow operation in River Hills, Manitoba. What You’ll Do

• Animal Care: Provide health checks, bedding, and ensure the comfort of our 250 cows and 268 heifers.
• Feeding: Prepare and deliver feed while learning about our advanced calf care system.
• Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness in barns and milking parlors.
• Operating Equipment: Use cutting-edge DeLaval and Holm & Laue technology, telehandlers, and Claas tractors.
• Physical Tasks: Perform light to medium lifting required for daily operations.

What You’ll Bring

• General farming knowledge; dairy experience is a plus.
• A willingness to learn, ambition, and resilience in cold weather.
• Bonus points for experience with milking robots, calf feeders, or herd management.

What We Offer

• Pay: Competitive hourly rate ranging from $20-$32, based on experience.

• Overtime: Time-and-a-half pay after 50 hours/week and on holidays.
