Responsibilities

• Manage staff and assign duties
• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes
• Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
• Determine staffing requirements
• Resolve issues including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
• Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
• Conduct performance reviews

Qualifications

Education

• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years or equivalent experience

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year

Languages

English
