Our client is seeking an Office Manager to join their team. They are open to applicants including those who may require visa sponsorship, making this a great opportunity for international candidates.

Job Details

• Location: 131 Bennett Drive, Gander, NL, A1V 1X3
• Work Location: On site
• Salary: $33.00 hourly / 30 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full time
• Special Commitments: Morning, Day
• Vacancies: 1

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate new administrative procedures.
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
• Carry out administrative activities of the establishment.
• Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
• Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
• Perform data entry.
• Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role
• Languages: English
• Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic mail, Spreadsheet, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Word, Google Drive
