Transportation Logistics Coordinator
Our client is seeking a Transportation Logistics Coordinator. Visa sponsorship may be considered for successful candidates. This position requires working on-site in Mississauga, ON.
Job Details
- Location: 6615 Ordan Drive, Mississauga, ON, L5T 1X2
- Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
- Salary: $56,160 to $60,000 annually (to be negotiated)
- Hours: 30 hours per week, 09:00 to 16:00
- Vacancies: 4 openings
Overview
- Education: College diploma or equivalent experience (1 to 2 years)
- Experience: 2 to less than 3 years preferred
- Languages: English
Responsibilities
- Track and complete work orders
- Monitor movement of supplies and materials
- Perform clerical duties and prepare reports
- Monitor personnel workloads and locations
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice
- Consult with production supervisor for scheduling
- Communicate with operations, dispatch personnel, and track shipments
Experience and Specialization
- Knowledge of monitoring, tracking software, and database software
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel and Word

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Attention to detail is crucial
