Job Details

• Location: 795 Northumberland Heights Rd, Cobourg, ON, K9A 4J8
• Salary: $36.50 per hour for 30 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time
• Work Location: On-site
• Overtime: Required, Day and Evening shifts available
• Vacancies: 1

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
• Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
• Order supplies and equipment.
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
• Clean kitchen and work areas.

Experience and Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (High) school graduation certificate
• Languages: English
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role

Work Conditions

• Attention to detail required.
• Fast-paced environment.
• Physically demanding tasks, including repetitive tasks.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Work under pressure.
