• Shifts: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend

Responsibilities

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
• Hire food service staff
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Prepare budget and cost estimates
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Establish work schedules

Supervision

• Supervise food service counter attendants and food preparers
• Oversee 16-20 staff members

Requirements

• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
• Experience: 1 to less than 2 years
• Languages: English

Work Environment

• Fast-paced environment, able to work under pressure
• Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
• Physically demanding role
