Our client is seeking a marketing coordinator to join their team. This opportunity is open to international applicants as visa sponsorship may be considered.

• Work Location: On site
• Salary: $37.00 hourly / 35 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time
• Special Commitments: Day, Evening, Weekend, Flexible hours

Education and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sport and fitness administration/management or Marketing/marketing management
• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Responsibilities

• Develop events for publicity, fundraising, and information purposes
• Evaluate and implement communication strategies and programs
• Prepare written materials such as reports and website content
• Publicize activities, workshops, and other events
• Supervise and train staff, including support staff and students
• Perform administrative tasks and plan development projects
• Act as spokesperson for the organization and answer inquiries
• Assist in creating brochures, reports, and newsletters
• Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions
• Conduct online marketing and develop marketing strategies
• Maintain a digital database and manage communication materials

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, Google Drive
• Experience with digital marketing and E-commerce
• Knowledge of database management and desktop publishing software
