Job Details

• Location: 3703 Mayor Magrath Drive, Lethbridge, AB, T1K 8A8
• Work Location: On-site
• Salary: $17.00 to $17.50 hourly (to be negotiated), 30 to 40 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
• Work Schedule: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
• Clean kitchen and work areas

Experience and Specialization

• Cuisine Specialties: Japanese cuisine
• Required Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Requirements

• Languages: English
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Work Setting: Restaurant
