- Location: 10392 – 120 Street, Surrey, BC, V3R 1N6
- Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 40 hours per week
- Terms of Employment: Permanent Full-time

Overview
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience required.
The role requires on-site work; remote work is not an option.
Responsibilities
- Establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports.
- Must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays.
- Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys.
- Establish work schedules.
