Job Overview

The Team

The Digital Product Management team collaborates within the Global Digital, OMNI & Guest Support Team to enhance online guest experiences, working closely with Technology, UX, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Understand how web and mWeb cart, checkout, promo, and payments experiences align with the overall business and guest strategy.
• Create and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new features across the cart, checkout, promo, and payments journeys.
• Document high-level requirements, acceptance criteria, and KPIs to push the product strategy forward.
• Lead agile ceremonies and demonstrate completed features to stakeholders in mid-scale and mid-complexity products.
• Make data-informed decisions based on organizational priorities, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Measure and report on the success of features and enhancements delivered across products.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to iterate solutions balancing customer and business value.
• Partner closely with UX to ensure seamless guest experiences across cart and checkout flows.
• Monitor funnel health and identify guest friction points.
• Partner with the technology team on training new checkout-related features for business users.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital product management experience, with emphasis on guest-facing applications or customer service applications.
• Minimum BA/BS degree from a four-year accredited university; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with digital technologies, e-commerce, payments, and mobile applications.
• Experience working on products with end users outside North America, Agile Scrum team experience, and familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is preferred.
• Strong consulting skills with a track record of quality delivery and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in developing and delivering executive-level presentations.
• Able to drive results independently while thriving in collaborative environments.
• Strong desire to learn and improve through feedback.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience leading diverse product teams.

Compensation and Benefits Package

The typical hiring range for this position is from $123,500 to $162,100 annually, based on market location and individual experience. Along with competitive annual bonuses, employees can access:
