Job Details

• Salary: $31.00 per hour / 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs.
• Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove dirt and debris.
• Empty trash cans and other waste containers.
• Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings.
• Perform minor repairs on heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants.
• Supervise other workers and perform routine maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years preferred
• Languages: English

Work Conditions

• Physically demanding job requiring handling of heavy loads.
• Must work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
