Job Overview

Our client is seeking a Farm Supervisor to coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers. Visa sponsorship is available for international applicants, with opportunities for candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

• Work Location: On site
• Salary: $22.00 to $26.00 hourly (To be negotiated)
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full time

Qualifications

Education

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Or equivalent experience

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers
• Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
• Maintain quality control and production records
• Select livestock for sale
• Supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs
• Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
• Perform general farm duties
