Our client is seeking a dedicated Food Service Supervisor to join their team. Immigration support for international candidates may be available.

Job Details

• Location: Calgary, AB
• Work Location: On site
• Salary: $18.50 hourly / 32 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full time
• Special Commitments: Early mornings, Days, Evenings, Nights, Shifts, Weekends
• Vacancies: 2

Overview

• Languages: English
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
• Work must be completed at the physical location; there is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports

Supervision

• Supervise 3-4 people
