Job Overview
Position: Long Haul Truck Driver
Location: Edmonton, AB
Salary: $30.00 to $36.25 per hour (negotiable) / 30 to 35 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
Work Location: On site

Our client accepts applications from Canadian citizens, permanent or temporary residents, and other candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit. Immigration support may be available for qualified applicants.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan or adjust routes using GPS and other navigation devices to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions.
- Demonstrate mountain driving expertise.
- Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy.
- Load and unload goods.
- Inspect vehicles, including tires, lights, and brakes.
- Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on vehicles.
Qualifications
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience: Will train.
Languages: English.
