Our client is seeking a talented individual ready to GROW, CONNECT, AND EVOLVE! We are looking for a Service Business Manager to join our fast-paced, energetic dealership in Kamsack, SK. This role focuses on overseeing, directing, and coordinating service activities with an aim to deliver exceptional customer service, technician efficiency, and department profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all Service Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction
• Build customer relationships to foster growth
• Motivate, inspire, and assist employees in their pursuit of excellence through coaching, training, and development
• Plan and initiate all Service Department functions including attraction, retention, and effective engagement of all employees
• Work with all internal departments to create effective and productive team dynamics
• Monitor and manage the business plan with a focus on forward growth in areas such as budget, profitability, and labour

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of management experience in the agriculture industry
• Technical background
• Experience leading, developing, and motivating others to achieve results
• Knowledge/familiarity with John Deere and competitive products
