Job Overview

Our client is seeking a Line Cook who is eligible to apply for visa sponsorship. This is a permanent full-time role based in Prince Albert, SK with an hourly wage of $20.10. The position requires on-site presence; remote work is not an option.

Responsibilities

• Requisition food and kitchen supplies
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Supervise and check assembly of trays
• Prepare food order summaries for chef
• Prepare and submit reports
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and establish work schedules
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

Qualifications

Education

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 to less than 7 months

Languages

English
