Overview

This position requires:

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
• Languages: English
• On-site work is required with no remote options available.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Determine merchandise and services to be sold
• Determine staffing requirements and manage staff
• Study market research and trends to assess consumer demand
• Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale
• Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
• Organize daily operations
