Our client is seeking a Sales Supervisor – Retail. This position offers potential immigration support for the right candidate.

Job Details

• Location: 1253 Wellington Rd S, London, ON, N6E 1M4
• Salary: $2,981 monthly / 32 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full time
• Work Setting: On-site in an urban retail business
• Vacancies: 4

Responsibilities

• Assign sales workers to duties
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
• Order merchandise
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Sell merchandise
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers

Supervision

• Supervise 3-4 people including cashiers and retail salespersons

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a related field
• Languages: English
