Job Overview

Our client is seeking a Retail Sales Manager who will direct and control daily operations in a fast-paced environment. This position offers potential immigration support, making it suitable for both local and international candidates.

Main Responsibilities

• Direct and control daily operations.
• Evaluate daily operations.
• Plan and organize daily operations.
• Manage staff and assign duties.
• Conduct market research to determine consumer demand and sales potential.
• Select and procure merchandise for resale.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
• Supervise office and volunteer staff.

• Standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years in a related field.
• Languages: English proficiency required.

Location

This position is located in Lorette, Manitoba. Work must be completed on-site, and remote work is not an option.

Salary

$26.00 to $35.00 per hour (to be negotiated), for 32 to 40 hours per week.
